Our Cat Grooming Journey

We understand that cats require a calm, slow-paced approach. Here is how we ensure a safe, low-stress experience for your feline friend:
-
1. Gentle Assessment (approx. 5 mins) For our new feline guests, we begin with a quiet 5-minute evaluation. We gently introduce them to the sounds and sensations of the water and dryer to assess their comfort level and ensure they are ready for the session.
-
2. Safety Nail Trim Before any water is introduced, we always clip your cat’s nails. This essential step ensures the safety and comfort of both your cat and our groomer.
-
3. Soothing Bath Experience We begin by gently and slowly trickling warm water over their coat, allowing them to ease into the sensation. Held securely yet softly by our experienced groomer, your cat is then treated to a gentle, relaxing wash with premium cat-safe shampoo.
-
4. Low-Noise Blow Dry & Brush To finish, we use specialized low-noise dryers to dry their coat thoroughly without startling them, followed by a gentle, complete brush-out to leave them fluffy and refreshed.
Add-on Services

De-shedding
Significantly reduces the volume of loose hair in your home and limits the amount of fur your cat swallows while self-grooming, helping to prevent uncomfortable hairballs.

De-matting
To keep this a low-stress, pain-free experience, we work strictly within your cat's tolerance. For severely matted coats, we will recommend a safe, tidy clip rather than prolonged brushing to protect their delicate skin.

Teeth Brushing
Helps manage plaque buildup and freshens breath. We practice patient, slow pacing to ensure your cat feels secure during this routine preventative care.
